When we did burns night (always amazed how many wannabe scots there are out there) i served little haggis souffles as an accompaniement. Yes we did the whole &quot; as a tribute&quot; but we need to get a bit more sexy with it now days and i think you managed that very very well.

Afraid we didn&#039;t get around to the scotch eggs last night, will have to try those later this week. We did poach some quails eggs and put them on top though. Haggis &amp; egg is good together, especially the runny yolk bit.</description>
